Hey there! I’m Jocelyn.
I lead Community at Hint Health, where I built the function from the ground up. I've done this at a few different companies now, all at different stages and in different industries, like Picsart, Supernova, and Udemy.
My work centers on thoughtful, customer-centered programs that support real relationships and practical outcomes.
I’m also the Vice President on the board of The Community Community, a community for senior community professionals.
What I Do

Community Strategy
I build community as a strategic function, not a marketing channel or just to have it. I define how community ties to revenue, retention, and product, and make the case internally so Community has a seat at the table.

Program Design
I start by understanding customer and business needs. Then, I design programs that start small, learn from what's working, iterate, and scale. These programs that grow without individual heroics and actually move the needle.

Customer Experience
I think holistically about the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention to expansion, and connect the dots across community, marketing, support, customer success, education, and product so you don't ship the org chart.

Voice of Customer
I create the systems that bring customer insights to the teams that need them. This includes customer advisory boards, beta programs, and feedback loops that surface real signal, not just noise.

Customer Enablement
I design programs that help customers succeed and become advocates. From education and onboarding to referral programs and peer mentorship, I create the conditions where customers want to stay, grow, and bring others along.

Mentorship & Advisory
I work with community leaders and customer-facing teams who are building something new, navigating hard tradeoffs, or figuring out how community fits into their organization.
